How to avoid from google ads suspension

Before delving into how to avoid google ads suspension, let us first look into Google Ads policy account suspension. Because they place a high priority on compliance with legal requirements as well as the security of their users, advertisers whose actions put the security of the users, Google, or its partners in jeopardy run the risk of having their accounts suspended, which results in a prohibition against using Google Ads. Google must do this to preserve a healthy and sustainable ecology for digital advertising with user protection as its primary concern.

Users and advertisers alike benefit from a more secure and satisfying experience owing to the regulations and Terms & Conditions that govern Google Ads. If they find infractions of Google’s policies or the Terms and Conditions, it reserves the right to suspend user accounts. Your account will be suspended immediately and without any prior warning if Google finds that you have egregiously violated their policies. This is how Google ads suspension works.

A breach of the Google Ads policies that are considered to be egregious is either illegal or poses considerable risk of harm to either the users or the ecosystem in which Google operate their digital advertising business. Egregious violations indicate that the advertiser’s business as a whole does not conform to the policies of Google Ads, or that a single violation is so serious that they cannot risk further exposure to the users. Since severe violations would result in instant account suspension, upon discovery and without any previous warning, Google tries to limit these to situations in which such action is the only feasible approach to prevent unlawful behaviour or serious user harm fully.

If Google discovers a particularly egregious infringement, they have the right to Google ads suspension instantly and without prior notice. You will no longer be permitted to advertise with Google in the future.

Do not do the following things to avoid Google Ads Suspension –

  • Avoid circumventing systems

This includes attempting to engage in activities or engaging in practices that Google’s advertising systems and processes are susceptible to being circumvented or interfered with.

For example – Cloaking is the practice of showing different content to different users, including Google, and it interferes with or has the potential to interfere with Google’s review systems. Cloaking also hides or attempts to hide non-compliance with Google Ads policies.

When you manipulate the content of your website or restrict access to many of your landing pages, it makes it impossible to conduct an in-depth assessment of your advertisement, website, or account. Cloaking does not include providing content personalization that adds genuine value for certain users, such as different language versions of the same content or different versions of the same content depending on the user’s internet service provider, as long as the offering is still substantially the same, the variation in content is still compliant with Google Ads policies, and Google can review a version of the content. Cloaking also does not include hiding a version of the content from Google so that it cannot be reviewed by Google.

  • Abstain from coordinated deceptive advertisement

When your content relates to politics, social concerns, or other matters of public concern, coordinating with other websites or accounts and hiding or misrepresenting your name or other material data about yourself is considered unethical.

If you misrepresent or conceal your country of origin or any other significant information about yourself and direct content regarding politics, social concerns, or other things of public interest to people in a country other than your own, this is considered international hacking. To avoid Google ads suspension, keep yourself away from such propaganda marketing.

  • Unauthorized pharmacies

This includes offering prescription drugs without prescription and targeting locations where you are not licensed. These actions can cause immediate Google ads suspension.

There are limitations placed on Google’s marketing of online pharmacies. They take into consideration several variables, including the content of your ads and website or app, as well as the items or services that you offer, to decide whether or not an advertiser is supporting an online pharmacy. When it comes to applying this policy, Google sticks to the side of caution for many reasons, including the safety of the users. This is especially true for landing pages that link or refer to content that even remotely resembles the online sale of medicines, whether prescription or over-the-counter medicines.

Certain types of businesses, such as online pharmacies and pharmaceutical manufacturers, may include prescription medicine phrases in the text of their advertisements and on their landing pages for marketing campaigns directed at the United States of America, Canada, or New Zealand. You do not need to be certified to have your advertisements served; however, you do need to be certified to keyword target terms related to prescription drugs. For these companies to distribute ads, they must first receive certification from Google. Otherwise, you may face Google ads suspension.

  • Restrain from sexually explicit content

The list includes, but is not limited to, rape, incest, bestiality, necrophilia, lolita, or pornography with a teen-oriented theme; underage dating.

Google also prohibits Content that has the potential to be regarded as encouraging sexual conduct in exchange for monetary compensation. Prostitution, companionship and escort services, intimate massage and similar services cuddling sites; compensated dating or sexual arrangements where one participant is expected to provide money, gifts, financial support, mentorship, or other valuable benefits to another participant such as ‘Sugar dating’, fall under such category.
